Chatbot

A chatbot is a computer program designed to replicate human conversations through digital means. These programs use advanced natural language generation (NLG) algorithms to understand user queries and respond automatically. Their ability to process and generate coherent responses makes them useful in a wide range of applications.

Chatbots can be implemented in customer service to offer immediate and efficient support, in online assistance to help users navigate websites or use specific services, in sales to interact with potential customers and provide information about products or services, and in entertainment, where they can engage in light conversations or play games with users. Their versatility and ability to operate continuously have made them a valuable tool for businesses and organizations looking to improve user interaction.
