Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to evolve rapidly, and Generative AI, which uses machine learning models to create novel solutions, is gaining traction. According to the 2024 Perspectives study by KPMG and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), 37% of business owners in our country plan to adopt Generative AI this year, and 17% have already integrated it into their daily operations.
The study also indicates that in the coming months, Generative AI will be implemented in areas such as operations, customer relations, marketing, and sales.
Despite its potential, the adoption of this disruptive technology faces challenges, such as the lack of digital adaptation among company talent. 48% of respondents indicate that the lack of adequate skills and capabilities is slowing down digital transformation.
Félix Pascual, Business Development Director at Digital 1to1, comments: "Generative AI is an opportunity that businesses cannot afford to miss if they want to remain competitive and grow. However, it is crucial to understand how, when, and for what purpose to apply it, considering the needs and specificities of each business and sector."
With over a decade of organizing events in the digital sector, Digital 1to1 has established itself as an essential reference for staying up-to-date with trends and innovations and understanding how to apply them practically in e-commerce, retail, and brands.
