Global technology provider Arrow Electronics announced the worldwide availability of ArrowSphere Assistant. This AI-driven co-pilot tool helps its channel partners optimize their customers' cloud software management using the ArrowSphere cloud platform.

"By combining generative AI with the powerful data of ArrowSphere Cloud, this tool goes beyond answering cloud queries and enables channel partners to reach new heights of cloud service excellence," said Eric Gourmelen, vice president and chief technology officer, ArrowSphere Cloud and global AI. "Our early adopters have recognized the value of ArrowSphere Assistant by achieving greater efficiency, better cloud performance, and even uncovering new opportunities with their customers while freeing up time to do their jobs."

ArrowSphere Assistant provides channel partners with richer data and visual support, making cloud management faster, better informed, and more efficient at scale. It can improve operational workflows and reduce the number of clicks and manual data processing. 90% of current users rate the Assistant's capabilities above eight or higher on a 10-point scale, and more than 94% would recommend It to others.

Arrow has launched the first AI-enabled business assistant in the retail industry, covering the most critical cloud business areas out of the box. It provides channel partners with robust use cases to discover new business opportunities, improve the efficiency of their FinOps activities, and enhance their understanding of their customer's security posture while managing their cloud business through ArrowSphere Cloud.

Since its partial launch in March 2024, the ArrowSphere Assistant has been tested by a global network of Arrow channel partners.

Here's what early adopters have to say:

"ArrowSphere Assistant is very useful for identifying upsell activity in extensions and, more generally, for better explaining Microsoft catalog buying rules to our customers. We can easily access important business information and quickly get into the details," says Jordi Solé from SEMIC in Spain.

Florian Drouard from Koesio Corporate Technologies in France says: "Thanks to ArrowSphere Assistant, our teams get answers to specific questions in minutes, which used to require time-consuming analysis. This saves us a lot of time in our daily work."

With ArrowSphere Assistant, Arrow's channel partners can apply the benefits of generative AI to their customers' businesses to better understand their cloud activities, uncover issues, visualize trends across their entire customer base, and receive data-driven recommendations that help their customers achieve business excellence in the cloud in seconds.
