The CV is one of the most important tools job applicants use to attract attention, but 40% of CVs received by HR departments are not well prepared. With this problem in mind, the Adecco Group has developed the CV Maker, a free tool that allows anyone to quickly and easily create a personalized CV (in Spanish and English) using generative artificial intelligence and voice commands.

The company claims that the development of this tool also demonstrates its social commitment, as it facilitates social inclusion and the construction of a fair and inclusive labor market.

With this tool, people with disabilities, vulnerable people and migrants without language skills can access an inclusive application to build their CV and highlight their relevant skills and experience.

The same applies to young people looking for their first job, professionals whose career has always been focused on a single sector or activity and who now want to change direction, people who have been out of the labor market for a long time and now want to return to it, and older professionals with extensive experience who are looking for a new job.

"At the Adecco Group, we want to remove barriers and give everyone the same opportunities to access the job market. That's why we have developed this tool, which allows any professional to create a personalized CV quickly and efficiently," says Alberto Gavilán, Talent Director at the Adecco Group.

"The CV is the first presentation letter for a recruiter and an essential document to attract their attention. That's why we want to help make it correct to significantly increase the chances of getting a job," he adds.

Features

CV Maker includes an automatic translator. This allows you to create your CV in your native language (35 languages are accepted) and the tool will translate it into English or Spanish, significantly increasing your job search options.

No prior registration on the Adecco website is required to use CV Maker. Anyone can access it from any device, create their CV and download it to use at their own discretion and without restrictions.

Adecco has created a video tutorial to help users learn how to use the program.
